Requirements for facility use include:

  • Signed Facility Use Agreement
  • Non-Profit Status
  • For non-church events: Proof of Insurance listing Church of the Foothills as an additional insured on any existing insurance policy, for $1 million. If minors will be in attendance, sexual misconduct coverage is also required.
