Mentorship & Service Expectations
FA values education that equips one to live God’s mission in your world (i.e. your ministry, your vocation, your family). Therefore, FA believes mentoring and service are essential elements that aid in that goal. Every student in FA needs to currently be serving within the local church so that they have a context in which to apply what they are learning. In addition, every student needs to be open to or currently involved in a mentoring relationship, either by mentoring or by being mentored. This mentoring relationship helps the transmission of what you learn in FA classes to travel from the head to the heart through accountability and growth.
