Our gatherings remain suspended.

We continue to honor our local health officials’ directives to practice social distancing. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated.

Our office will remain open

Our office will remain open from 8:30-4:30 M-R but with limited service. We are doing our best to protect our office staff who are willing to continue working to serve our church family and community. If you need anything call us at 530-677-3057.

Watch for our enhanced Sunday Morning Online Experience

I hope you’ll join us on Sunday morning for our new enhanced virtual gathering. We’ll be posting a call to worship to get our hearts focused, as well as some worship moments to prepare us for my sermon from the book of Hebrews. I know some pastors who are preaching on themes related to responses to this pandemic, but honestly, I’d like our Sunday morning time to be a refreshing break from all the focus on COVID19. This Sunday, we’re going to looking into why Jesus is a superior Savior. Click Here for sermons.

Connecting while distancing

A team of our leaders, as well as Small Group leaders are reaching out to those who might be most disconnected at this time. We’re checking on overall welfare and needs we may be able to help with. Small groups are reaching out to each other for the same. As Philippians 2:4 says, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”

Follow us on Social Media

Our social media team is working hard to boost our presence on our social media platforms as way of staying in touch, encouraging, and supporting each other. The staff and I are preparing devotionals to encourage and inspire you. Please share them when you see them. This will help get the hope of Jesus out to more people during this time.

Remember to support Foothills Church

It’s possible you and your family are feeling the financial impact of this pandemic. I want you to know your gifts enable us to continue to work to touch our Foothills family and reach out to our community like we’re doing with our Senior Nutrition Program which now is offering drive by pick up of lunches. So, as we’re out of sync in our gathering, you can mail your gifts, or feel free to use our app, or our online giving page on our website. We’ll get through this together. Click Here to Give Online

As in all things, remember, God is with us. This was not a surprise to him. Seek him, invite him to minister to you, and to help you discern how he’d like us to be the church in these unprecedented times.
