The mission of the Senior Nutrition Program is to serve healthy, fresh, nutritious, low-cost meals to Seniors ages 65 and above in a safe environment. A $4 donation is suggested but no one will be turned away.

Our Compassion Ministry has available resources including prayer, meals, transportation to medical appointments, home check-ins, and help with minor tasks. EMBRACE GRACE
Embrace Grace is a 12 week class for pregnant, single women whether they are pregnant with their first baby or have several children. Class will culminate in a baby shower thrown by Foothills. Embrace Grace will be offered twice a year.

For those at Foothills who have adopted children, those who have been adopted themselves, or those who are considering adoption. There are so many emotions as well as challenges and blessings with adoption. This will be a group to come together in fellowship with monthly gatherings.

We offer support as you walk through the journey of grief and healing from abortion or miscarriage. Group and individual sessions. We know statistically there are many women in the church who have experienced both, you are not alone.
PCS HEALTH
PCS Health offers the pregnancy services you need to gain clarity about your unplanned pregnancy. As a CA State licensed medical facility, we offer free and confidential options, counseling, pregnancy tests and limited diagnostic ultrasounds, so you can be fully informed about all your pregnancy options.

The Sidewalk Outreach Ministry is a group of Christ followers committed to being a voice for the voiceless offering hope and life resources for families considering abortion outside the Planned Parenthood in Sacramento on 29th & B. Training is provided.

Life mentors are our growing network of Christians who have said yes to walking alongside moms and dads who have chosen life for their children. Life mentors provide support, offer encouragement, and "do life" with men and women every step of the pregnancy and into the child's first years of life.
